life forms on other planets? chew on this.

  • "I know that humans are not neccesarily the most efficient forms of storing energy, but if we evolved this way there must be a reason, so why wouldn't it happen on other planets as well." "But are we really the most efficient at storing energy? I dunno...I'd say bears and squirrels are better at it, since I've never seen a human capable of hibernation. Trees are pretty darn efficent too, and they don't start decomposing at an early age like humans do--trees can live to be hundreds of years old. Is there even an age limit for trees at all?I'd say that there are most likely WAY more evolved lifeforms out there than humans. I don't really see us as being at the top of the evolutionary ladder, except on Earth, and that's really limiting if you think about it. Perhaps the most energy-efficient intelligent life form in the universes is an evolved soap bubble.... "
  • im certain there would be 'humanoid' like forms with a very similiar skeleton and system because lets face it, our body is pretty stable, we can produce buildings and do labour tasks with it and do constructive tool working. if there was an alien that was clever and had only tentactles then they wouldn't be able to build ships efficiently or something..
  • Well, as i said, it's a comedy. He said that an alien race sent away all the dumb, useless people, who ended up on Eath. While the part about us being dumb isn't pertenent to the conversation, the rest seems rather valid. I mean, if other organisms on a different planet evolved into mammals, then it's entirely possible we came from aliens. I mean, why does everyone assume that aliens simply came to us earlier in human history. Why can't people believe that we are those aliens?
  • To poeple who believe in god who claim we are the only life anywhere, ever, I say to them why the heck would your god only create life on our little planet? An intelligence that great is hardly going to put all his chickens in one basket is he, especially seeing the way we've turned out

hahas hilarious why people actually question about existence outside of Earth when they cant even have a little self identity. humans are weak -because even humans themselves think they are weak. for goodness sake, get a life.
