i have always liked TATU. they being lesbians got everything nothing to do with this. they do good music. Surreal, Haunting, Sexy, Captivating. sweet. But the reluctance of buying english albums (i only have about 15? 20? english language CDs, excluding my mum's "mini-HMV") means that i have never owned a copy of their CD. but today i decided enough was enough. i had to have TATU's "200km/h in the wrong lane" in the russian version! it was jus so nice that i cannt accept myself not having a HARD copy of the music. my clerks suggested buying the whole album from itunes, but... i'm always the collector. i rang up HMV @ Heerens, and all the guy could say when i said i wanted the "russian version" was ...
"Huh? uh... ahem. dun have. cant bring in also. not in our order list. try amazon if you're desperate."
oh well, i was desperate. so i visited amazon dot com and before the end of the day i lost (24.99 X 2 + 6.99) USD worth of money-energy. but its ok i thought. i felt happy buying something i really wanted to have. it was ... necessary. and it'd make a good christmas present since its cool and u cant get it in Singapore. Hence the additional 24.99 USD. average fixed cost was also lowered, because the shipment fee of 6.99 USD is regardless of number of copies. did abit of calculations.... why not? its christmas anyway! =)
