missing this and this..

i'm sitting at my office table again at 12:08pm, with almost nothing at hand - no task, no pending issues, no work that involves me. ppl in the office are going out of camp for lunch, some are reading the papers, most got nothing better to do than nothing. i miss this peaceful feeling! i'm gonna cherish this for the moment.. i think God made free time so that we can love life.

for the past week, i've been largely inactive. being out of action on monday and tuesday, i did little. i watched a movie, had a board meeting with zq, and watched lots of TV. its good to be sick once in a while.

yesterday, wednesday, was more exciting. i went back to office for 2 hours, practically only to meet my clerks so that we can go for dental check up together. so i had a reminscing walk about OCS, and did the check up (which was actually jus a count of the number of teeth i have - it took 2 minutes.) at about 2pm, i was done for the day! at least, the official stuffs. i took a cab to NUS and visited rebecca toh and jaime! they were selling food at the NUS central forum bazaar, and i was there to support them. after buying the food, i stayed and helped! before i know it, i was a hawker (but jaime looked most like the hawker, we all agreed!) Some of the friends in NUS came to visit, including surprises like Grace, Wanping, Winnie Png, and ah-huay&hippo!! Gosh its nice to see them! especially Grace who walked half of NUS to buy 3 chicken-wings, treated me to one of it, walked half of NUS back to where she came from, discovered she left her wallet at the stall, walked half of NUS back to get it, and then walked half of NUS back to where she was from again! in total she walked 2 times of NUS. And at night she told me she's going back on friday to personally thank rebecca toh for finding her wallet. (more walking i guess?)

it was kind of fun actually, pls go support rebecca and jaime at the central forum @ NUS if you can! hee! anyway, at the end of the day, i was really glad that becca and i talked throughout the day. hahaha... we sort of made up!! gosh, i shall never never ever make her angry again. i love this friend TOO much. hahaha... (as if readers do not already know!) i missed talking to rebecca, her craps are the closest i can find to mine in this world already. humour-wise, we join like a puzzle. this didnt occur to me until jaime pointed it out. i wanna see more of my darling little friend. i miss her!! =)
