sunday of skating, cycling, shopping, eating, JAIME-ing!

when i woke up i learnt that afternoon lesson was cancelled. i asked jaime to meet up nonetheless. she wanted something "interesting".

i rushed to complete my morning lesson, and made my way to her place by 1pm. after picking her up, we went to PULAU UBIN!! it was the most impromptu outting i ever had to somewhere so exciting. jaime is so fear-factor with her "who dares win" attitude. we cycled, took pictures, sat at the beach to chill, watched sunset, and felt so carefree in each other's company, if just for that moment. jaime can cycle at 60km/h on a downslope, she's crazy! i had to constantly remind her to slow down, to which she'll do her eyelashes thing, Gosh. we left Ubin before it was totally dark. the backdrop was of a fading blue, reddish orange, and black all twisted into one; with the sound of the bumboat motor, the cold seabreeze, and the rocking of the boat causing the occasional splash, everything -everything- was so lovely. it was a dreamlike escape.

den we went to town. we had indonesian food and another fear-factor meal that went terribly well. some secretive stuff-hunt... and that was the end of a near perfect sunday spent in good company.
