ice hockey is Cool!~

Saturday is a really LONG day. i went to coach skating beside Orchard Cineleisure in the morning! when lessons ended, i skated in town from cineleisure to plaza singapura! it was still very early in the day and the roads were rather empty. i love skating among the crowd. met up with chris, mj, biao, hh, leo for lunch at chinatown! it was always to say farewell to my christina cheh cheh who would be leaving for all of 4 MONTHS!~ ok not very long, but still... chris is an important part of our life. she represents a survival of hope. haha..

after lunch mj, leo, hh and me went to catch an ice-hockey match!!! it was so fast paced and exciting! although we dun really know the rules, but it was really nice to be cheering from among the expatriates who were rooting for "singapore (canadian association)"

everything was just so fast!!

at night we went to vivocity! we were there hoping to do some shopping because it was an all-encompassing mall. we bought nuts. hahaha...

continuing onto midnight, we had supper at CARTEL which everyone shld not go anymore because (one) they have no more cheapscakes!!! (two) they charge service charge now, but their service is really bad!! (three) they off the lights twice in a while to save power. (four) they "forgot" to include chips in my dish! (five) they gave me 10 minutes to finish my supper! (six) they pay the staff really low pay when i can see that the cute waitress serving us is working really hard and sweating all over her face - it was so sexy. (seven) they play lousy music! like some attempted chill-out-but-forgot-to-turn-on-aircon shit. (eight) they got no more bread when i wanted more! (nine) they knew i wanted to look at the cute sweating waitress and so sent a curly-haired guy to bill us instead! (ten) they talk bad about us once we're out hearing distance.

after that we watch The Illusionist which was quite nice. but i still liked deaf-mute japanese scribbling girl more..
